Muhammad Kamil Baharin

Muhamad Kamil Bin Baharin, 45, a Malaysian, is an Executive Director I of Al-Hidayah Group. He was appointed to the Board on  22 February 2021.  Encik Muhamad Kamil graduated from Universiti Technology MARA in Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Finance and Diploma in Banking Studies. With his huge knowledge and experience in handling privatization projects, he has been entrusted and appointed as a Business Development Director by a Joint Venture (JV) Company between a Malaysian international company and Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to Build, Operate and Transfer (B.O.T) a student hostel and its related facilities with capacity of 4,000 students for university for a 30 years concession period.  He was formerly Executive Director Al-Hidayah Investment Bank (Labuan) Ltd., International Director/Head of International Business (Al-Hidayah Group of Companies), a Manager (Tekad Urus Sdn Bhd), Director College Kausar, UKM Bangi Subsidiary of Al-Hidayah Group Companies and Executive Finance of Kausar Corporation Sdn Bhd.
