Encik Muhammad Haidir graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA in Degree in Civil Engineering. He began active with the company starting with the age of 22 years old with the first post as Assistant Resident Engineer. He also held several other positions in the company throughout his first 5 years of serving. Then, on 01 November 2023, He was appointed as Executive Director IV of Al-Hidayah Group. He has also been exposed to various top management meetings and levels. In addition, as Executive Director IV, with the vision, mission and goals of the Group, he is entrusted to grow and maintain the legacy that the business inherited and established since 1985 by Tuan Haji Baharin Ayob and Tuan Haji Tarin Ayob.
