An Economic graduate from the University of Malaya, has many experience both in public and private sectors prior to his involvement in business. As a man with vision, he has successfully developed the AL-Hidayah Group to the position it is today.  Tn. Hj. Baharin has extensive involvements in the public and private sectors in his early years.  A born entrepreneur in his bloodstream turned successful business practitioner, he inculcates positive business cultures and nurtures the exemplary corporate attitudes within the communities of the Group.    A pure Economics graduate of the University of Malaya back in the 1980s, he has profound business exposures in property/land development, construction, trading, manufacturing, education, investment banking, insurance, asset management and project management consultant.   Through his leadership, Al-Hidayah Group Of Companies has organically grown and propelled from a contracting civil engineering arm into a multi-diversified asset-based related business group entities, highly recognized at the local and international level.
